How can I watch it on an iPad/iPhone?

Our website uses cookies to show you webinars. When you visit a webinar page, it will display a pop-up message that asks you to accept cookies in order to view content; you must agree to accept the cookies.

If you find yourself unable to view a webinar, and when you attempt to view a webinar the page simply displays a blank screen with the CSDA logo, your browser may be blocking cookies automatically. This is particularly common for ipad/iphone users! Follow these instructions to resolve most common causes of this issue:

  1. IF YOU ARE USING A MACBOOK OR MAC COMPUTER AND THE SAFARI INTERNET BROWSER:
    1. Click Safari in the top left corner of your screen and go to Preferences. Alternatively, hit "Cmd + ,"
    2. Go to Privacy tab
    3. Untick the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking
    4. Untick the box next to Block all cookies. You have now enabled cookies.
    5. Return to site and refresh the page.
  2. IF YOU ARE USING AN iPHONE or iPAD AND THE SAFARI INTERNET BROWSER:
    1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then Safari
    2. Turn off the toggle next to Prevent cross-site tracking
    3. Turn off the toggle next to Block All Cookies
    4. Return to site and refresh the page.

Other common solutions include:

  • Attempt to view the webinar in a different browser.
  • Clear your browser's history and attempt to view the webinar again.
  • Open a new incognito/private browser and log onto www.csda.net to view your webinar through that browser. Learn how to use incognito browsers here.
