Rachael serves as the Professional Development Assistant at California Special Districts Association (CSDA). In this role, she assists the director with the coordination of workshops, webinars, and conferences. Her extensive background in customer service has given her a heart for the members of CSDA, and she is proud to help facilitate learning and growth opportunities to help foster success in local communities.
