Erasmo is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in legislative affairs, labor relations, and civic administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University.
Erasmo began his career as a Legislative Aide, working directly with state legislators to draft and advance key legislation. His strong understanding of the political process and ability to navigate complex bureaucracies quickly made him an invaluable asset. After several years in the legislature, Erasmo transitioned to labor relations, where he administered complex union contracts and facilitated effective negotiations between management and labor.
Drawing on this unique blend of legislative and labor relations expertise, Erasmo moved into the civic sector, serving in leadership roles within municipal government. As Chief of Staff, he oversaw critical public service requests and projects, always striving to find innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex challenges faced by local governments in Orange County of California.
Throughout his career, Erasmo has demonstrated a keen intellect, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to public service. In his downtime, he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with family and friends, exploring the natural beauty of the Central Valley region of California, where he has called home since 1993.
