Room reservations start at the rate of $199 plus tax and $15 hotel fee per room per day. The room reservation cut-off is May 23, 2023; however, space is limited and may sell out before this date. Information regarding hotel reservations and link to book in the CSDA room block will be emailed within 24 hours of registration.

Food & Wine Experience Reception, no exhibitor tables at this reception, however, if you have sponsored an exhibitor tray at this reception you will have a high-top table with your sponsored appetizer next to it along with a “sponsored by” sign with your company name. You may place literature at this table and you may choose to staff this table or leave it unattended.

Tabletop Exhibit Details

Your tabletop fee includes one (1) exhibitor personnel name badge. Additional exhibitor personnel badges can be added for a fee during check out.

Sponsor Details

All specialized conference sponsorships include:
your logo on event website, pre-event publicity, your logo on event signage,
special thank you from the stage, networking opportunities and post conference attendee list
(electronic copy). Sponsorship does not include tabletop or attendee.
