General Information

This is a tabletop exhibit only. Please confine your materials to the 6’ tabletop area. Pull-up banners behind the table may be allowed, space permitting. All tables will be clothed and skirted. One chair will be provided. Tabletop exhibits are placed in the pre-function area and/or on the perimeter of general session room at the discretion of CSDA.  There is neither electricity nor internet provided. These items are available from the hotel for an additional cost via the attached form.

Welcome Reception

You will setup your exhibit table on Sunday, June 19, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Your table must be setup by 5:00 p.m.


Monday, June 20, 2022

8:00 – 8:30 a.m.

10:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Break and Networking with the Exhibitors (raffle)

12:15 – 1:15 p.m.
Networking Lunch

Food & Wine Experience Reception

No exhibitor tables at this reception, however, if you have sponsored an exhibitor tray at this reception you will have a high-top table with your sponsored appetizer next to it along with a “sponsored by” sign with your company name. You may place literature at this table and you may choose to staff this table or leave it unattended.  If you would like to add this option to your exhibitor registration, the cost is $300/tray and you can email me to add it.

Closing Lunch 

  • You are welcome and encouraged to join attendees during meal functions, general sessions and breakout sessions, as well.
  • The last event with exhibitors will conclude on Tuesday, June 21 at 2:30 p.m. All materials must be removed by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21. You may break down your exhibitor table beginning at 2:45 p.m. and NO SOONER. There are sessions going on in the room in-between these times and attendees are coming and going in the hallways, so no exhibitors will be allowed to breakdown outside of the above time.

Your registration includes one exhibitor only. Additional exhibitor registrations are available at a rate of only $425 for CSDA members and $640 non-members and includes all meal functions.  Email CSDA (updates@csda.net) to register additional personnel from your company.
