This is a tabletop exhibit only. Please confine your materials to the 6’ x 30” tabletop area. Exhibit space includes draped table and one chair (or two chairs if you purchased an additional exhibitor registration).  Tables are placed in the registration area, directly outside the attendee session rooms.

Tabletop registration: Includes one exhibitor only. Additional exhibitor registrations are available for purchase ($350 CSDA member/$525 for non-members).

  • Set-Up: Monday, November 7 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  • Break down: Wednesday, November 9 from 2:45 - 4:00 p.m. OR after 4:30 p.m. once the graduation certificates have been distributed. All exhibits and materials must be removed by 5:00 p.m.
  • Internet, AV, and Package Handling: For exhibitors requiring internet, electrical, or package handling, please see attached Exhibitor Form. This is handled directly with the Embassy Suites thru this form. (link)
