FY 2024 Regional Alliances and Multistakeholder Partnerships to Stimulate Cybersecurity Education and Workforce Development

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to establish community-based partnerships to develop cybersecurity career pathways that address local workforce needs. Click here for more information.

State, local, territorial, and Indian tribal governments, accredited institutions of higher education, K-12 public education schools, and school districts; nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations incorporated in the United States, and foreign public entities and organizations

FY 2024 Solar and Wind Interconnection for Future Transmission (SWIFTR) 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will expedite future interconnections of wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems into the transmission system while preserving data security and system reliability. Click here for more information.

FY 2024 Opioid-Impacted Family Support Program 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports training programs that enhance and expand paraprofessional knowledge and expertise, and to increase the number of peer support specialists and other behavioral health-related paraprofessionals who work on integrated, interprofessional teams in providing services to families impacted by opioid use disorders (OUD) and other substance use disorders (SUD). Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State-licensed mental health nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including entities licensed or certified by an authorized political subdivision or instrumentality of a state to provide training in behavioral health, including local governments, academic institutions, Native American Tribes, private sector organizations, schools and school districts, state governments, and tribal organizations/institutions.

FY 2024 National Fish Passage Program (NFPP) Base Funding

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide direct technical and financial assistance to partners to remove instream barriers and restore aquatic organism passage and aquatic connectivity for the benefit of Federal trust resources. Click here for more information.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to develop the capacity of law enforcement to implement community policing strategies by providing guidance on promising practices through the development and testing of innovative strategies; building knowledge about effective practices and outcomes; and supporting new, creative approaches to preventing crime and promoting safe communities. FY 2024 Demonstration Program on Trauma-Informed, Victim-Centered Training for Law Enforcement on Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports efforts to improve law enforcement’s response to allegations of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking from the time of a victim’s initial report throughout the entire investigation, and to promote the efforts of law enforcement in improving the response to these crimes. FY 2025/2026 Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant (MPDG) - Nationally Significant Freight and Highway Projects (INFRA)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the movement of freight and people in and across rural and urban areas. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), local governments, special purpose districts and public authorities with transportation functions, Federal land management agencies, tribal governments, and multistate or multijurisdictional groups of public entities

FY 2025/2026 Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant (MPDG) – National Infrastructure Project Assistance (Mega)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will support large, complex projects that are difficult to fund by other means and likely to generate national or regional economic, mobility, or safety benefits. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, metropolitan planning organizations, units of local government, political subdivisions of states; special purpose districts or public authority with a transportation function, including a port authority, tribal governments or a consortium of tribal governments; partnerships between Amtrak and one or more entities described above; or consortium of eligible applicants

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $1.7 billion
