Today, SB 496 (Safe and Clean Fleets) passed unanimously out of Senate Environmental Quality Committee. CSDA and our front-line members are grateful to the authors and committee members for their support of this important public policy to ensure state and local agencies have the tools necessary to protect California’s communities. Also, thank you to Olivenhain Municipal Water District, General Manager, Kim Thorner for her compelling testimony.
