What are the benefits of opting in to a free Business Prime membership for my agency?

Does the Amazon Business Prime membership automatically apply since I’m a member of CSDA?
No – you must opt in to the program using the unique link and code.
 
I typed in the link and it doesn’t work.
The link and code are both case sensitive, we recommend copying them and pasting them. If you are still having trouble, please note that you must be an account administrator on your agency’s Amazon Business in order to opt into this benefit for your organization.
 
How do I know which Amazon plan I have?
Check the logo at the upper left-hand corner of your screen when logged into Amazon – it will say either Amazon, Amazon Prime, Amazon Business, or Business Prime. You are eligible for the free Business Prime membership regardless of what type you currently have, but you will need an Amazon Business membership to sign up.
 
What if I don’t have an Amazon Business Account?
You’ll be prompted to either create an account or join with your existing account when you follow the enrollment link, simply select the option that fits your circumstances and follow the prompts.
 
I paid for Business Prime already. Am I eligible to receive free Business Prime?
Yes! When you opt into the free Business Prime plan for CSDA members, a prorated refund will automatically be generated. Your Amazon Account Executive can also request a refund on your behalf.
 
When do I get this refund?
The refund should be processed within 7 business days. Your Amazon Account Executive will be able to assist you with your refund status.
 
How long will I have this free Business Prime membership?
The free Business Prime membership will be available to CSDA members for at least two years from May of 2025 without the need to re-enroll.
 
When do benefits become available?
Free Business Prime is available immediately upon opting in, while the Pay by Invoice and Discounted Pricing will be available within 7 business days.
 
Will my existing account, credit limit, or order history be impacted?
No, your existing account, order history, line of credit, users, payment methods, and other account settings will not be impacted. You will not need to re-add your users or payment methods, and your line of credit will not decrease if it is currently higher than the $5,000 credit line included in this program.
 
How do I take advantage of the $5,000 line of credit for my Amazon purchases?
Contact your Amazon Account Executive to get set up.
 
How do I know that the free Business Prime membership was successfully applied?
Under ‘Your account>Business Prime’ click on ‘Manage Membership: invoices, cancel & More’ and then ‘download latest invoice.’ You should see an invoice dated for the day that you opted into the free Business Prime benefit using our enrollment link, and that invoice should reflect a $0.00 charge to the payment method on file.
 
Why does my account still show a renewal of $349/$149, etc. to be charged next year?
As this is a new benefit program negotiated by CSDA, Amazon's user interface does not yet reflect the benefit beyond the first year. Your Business Prime renewal will be processed manually at no charge by your Amazon Account Executive on your next renewal date, despite whichever amount your account reflects. We hope to continue this benefit beyond the current two-year term, and we will notify members of any changes to the benefit prior to them taking effect.
