Join usfor a post-lunch discussion of The High 5 Habit by Mel Robbins! The High 5 Habit focuses on building self-confidence and a positive mindset through simple, consistent practices of self-encouragement. Rather than relying on elaborate routines, the book emphasizes small, sustainable habits that can lead to meaningful personal change. We’re building a community centered on sharing insights, broadening perspectives, and connecting through the joy of reading. After all, reading is always more fun when you have others to exchange ideas with! This session will be facilitated by Aubrey Gohl, an avid reader, CSDA Member Services Representative, and fellow Board Secretary.
