Applicants must be current Rural Development borrowers that have received a loan from the funding agency, or eligible applicants under 7 CFR Part 3560 that are applying to assume ownership and the associated outstanding RD loans on RD-financed multifamily housing properties.

This program will only support the operation of MEP centers in Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, and Virginia
