The Bay Area Council Foundation has announced a Request for Proposals for the 2023 California Resilience Challenge from the California Adaptation Forum. Special districts are encouraged to review the RFP and consider submitting a proposal by the September 29th deadline.
Since 2020, the Challenge has awarded over $5 million to 32 communities—non-profits, cities, counties, special districts, and tribes—to conduct early-stage climate adaptation planning projects with grants of up to $200,000. CSDA has been a proud sponsor of the California Resilience Challenge from the start.
