CSDA, together with Cal Cities and the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), submitted a comprehensive local government comment letter to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) during its 15-day comment period (which has now closed) for the Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) draft regulation. The letter pointed out inherent flaws with the proposed regulation and asked for additional time, resources, and exemptions to protect the health and safety of the communities special districts and other local agencies serve.
submitted by CSDA, Cal Cities, and CSAC.
The CARB board is expected to take up the ACF draft regulation at its April 27 hearing in Sacramento. To learn more about the proposed regulation and the upcoming CARB meeting visit: Advanced Clean Fleets | California Air Resources Board.
