Department of Homeland Security

FY 2021 Assistance to Firefighters Grants

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides critically needed resources that equip and train emergency personnel to recognize standards, enhance operational efficiencies, foster interoperability, and support community resilience. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Fire departments, non-affiliated emergency medical services organizations, and state fire training academies

Department of Health and Human Services

FY 2022 Title X Family Planning Services Grants 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports the establishment and operation of voluntary Title X family planning projects that will offer a broad range of medically approved services, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved contraceptive products and natural family planning methods for clients who want to prevent pregnancy and space births, pregnancy testing and counseling, assistance to achieve pregnancy, basic infertility services, sexually transmitted infection (STI) services, and other pre-conception health services. Click here for more information.

Public or private nonprofit entities including states, territories, county, city, township and special district governments, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, independent school districts, institutions of higher education, public housing authorities and Indian housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations

FY 2022 Rural Health Network Development Planning Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program promotes the planning and development of integrated health care networks in order to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of basic health care services; and strengthen the rural health care system as a whole. Department of Justice

FY 2022 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program (COSSAP): Training and Technical Assistance

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides training and technical assistance to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive efforts to identify, respond to, treat, and support those impacted by the opioid epidemic. This program has also been expanded to assist jurisdictions battling the persistence or reemergence of stimulants and other substances while emphasizing the force-multiplying power of partnership and collaboration across the public health, behavioral health, and public safety sectors. Click here for more information.

Department of Agriculture

FY 2022 Food Safety Outreach Competitive Grants Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to develop and implement food safety training, education, extension, outreach, and technical assistance projects that address the needs of owners and operators of small to mid-sized farms, beginning farmers, socially disadvantaged farmers, small processors, veteran farmers and ranchers, and/or small fresh fruit and vegetable merchant wholesalers. Federal, state, local, or tribal agencies, cooperative extension services for U.S. states or territories, institutions of higher education, nongovernmental organizations and/or community-based organizations representing owners and operators of farms, small food processors, or small fruit and vegetable merchant wholesalers that have a commitment to public health and expertise in administering projects that contribute to food safety

Corporation of National and Community Service

FY 2022 AmeriCorps Seniors - American Rescue Plan Senior Demonstration Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports AmeriCorps Seniors to assist communities in COVID-19 recovery by providing immediate relief related to the pandemic, with a specific focus on support for underserved and disproportionately impacted communities. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Tribal communities, institutions of higher education, local governments, nonprofit organizations, and state governments
