The California Resilience Challenge is a statewide competition to support innovative projects that address climate change-related threats. Individual grants between $100,000 to $200,000 will be awarded for eligible resiliency projects to help local agencies build resilient communities impacted by drought, sea level rise, wildfire/extreme heat and flood. Eligible applicants include special districts as well as cities, counties, COGs, and others. The RFP deadline is February 7, 2020.
