On August 6 at 11 AM the Office of Administrative Law sponsors a public information session which will include information about the Office of Administrative Law, its role, how the public can participate in the rulemaking process, including when and how agency regulations are adopted. They will also address allegations about “the underground regulation petition process” which is when a state agency adopts regulations outside of the Administrative Procedure Act.
