Do you have an interest or experience in finance? The CSDA Finance Corporation is looking to fill a vacancy on their Board of Directors. The seat is open to staff or elected/appointed officials from CSDA member districts. Each director of the CSDA Finance Corporation holds office for the period that the director remains a member of the CSDA Finance Corporation Committee as approved by the CSDA Board of Directors.
There are four scheduled board meetings throughout the year and some additional special meetings that require full board participation.
