It is hard to keep up since January 27, when the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued Memorandum M-25-13, directing federal agencies to temporarily halt the distribution of financial assistance, including grants, loans, and congressionally directed spending, so the National Special Districts Association (NSDA) is providing our members with a special report that includes answers to common questions we are receiving.
Additionally, CSDA is pleased to announce the 2025 NSDA Federal Funding Webinar Series will begin April 3 at 11:00am – save all the dates below:
- Federal Funding Overview: Thursday, April 3 at 11:00 a.m.
- Water Funding: Tuesday, May 6 at 11:00 a.m.
- Disaster Response Recovery Resilience: Tuesday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m.
- Fire Services Funding: Wednesday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m.
Additionally, you will not want to miss an in-person briefing from NSDA’s Grant Services team at Special Districts Legislative Days on May 21 in Sacramento. Be sure to REGISTER NOW before the April 23 Early Bird Deadline.
As a founding member of NSDA, CSDA and its members receive access to all NSDA grant services, including trainings, special reports, and the Project Idea Portal. These services provide tools and resources to navigate the complex grants process, whether members are just beginning their funding search or have specific project needs.
