CSDA Annual Conference Hotel and Parking Information

Update 7/2/2025: The Monterey Marriott and Portola Hotel & Spa room blocks are currently full. Please check back regularly in case of any cancellations. We will update this page if we are able to secure other hotel options.

How does hotel booking work?

Hotel rooms in the CSDA room block are intended for registrants of the CSDA Annual Conference. After registration an email will be sent to the registrant that will include a link to book your room.

Registrants of the conference who have logged in will also be able to view the button to book their room on the right side of this page.

*The room reservation cut-off is August 4, 2025; however, space is limited and may sell out before this date.

CSDA rate is $249.00/night, Standard Guest Room, plus taxes. Complimentary standard internet access in the guest room for all Marriott Bonvoy Members.

Parking Information

Portola Hotel & Spa:

Current overnight self-parking is $22/day and valet is $27/day. Parking charges are subject to change.

Monterey Marriott:

Valet Parking is available at a current cost of $40.00 per day for overnight guests and is subject to change, the prevailing rate at the time of the conference will apply.

Public Parking Garages:

Public parking is available nearby as well.  There are 900 parking spaces available in the City of Monterey’s parking structures one block from the Conference Center.  Downtown East Garage is located on Washington and Tyler Street between Franklin Street and Del Monte Avenue.  Downtown West Garage is located between Tyler Street, Franklin Street and Del Monte Avenue. It has gated entrances with a flat fee of $12 per day.  Maximum vehicle height is 6' 8" inches.  Downtown West Garage is located between Tyler Street, Franklin Street and Del Monte Avenue.
