WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports building improvement projects proposed by nonprofit organizations that reduce energy use, lower carbon emissions, and generate short- and long-term energy cost saving so that operational dollars can be redirected toward mission-critical work. WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support rural and remote communities in building clean energy projects that benefit their communities. WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs), which are networks of participating health centers (PHCs), to work collaboratively to leverage health information technology (IT) and data to enhance delivery of affordable, accessible, and high-quality primary care, with a specific focus on data management and analytics, interoperability of systems and digital health tools, and Uniform Data System Modernization (UDS+) implementation (the electronic submission of de-identified health center patient data). FY 2024 Family Self-Sufficiency Program – Renewal & New Applicants

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program enables HUD-assisted families to increase their earned income and reduce their dependency on welfare assistance and rental subsidies. FSS provides grants to Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) to support the salaries and training needs of FSS Program Coordinators who assist participating families receiving housing assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), RAD-affected Project-Based Voucher (PBV), and Public Housing (PH) programs.
