Department of Transportation

FY 2021 Enhancing Mobility Innovation

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support projects that advance emerging technologies, strategies, and innovations in passenger-centric mobility. Awards will be made to develop novel operational concepts and/or demonstrate innovations that improve mobility and enhance the rider experience, and to support the development of software solutions that facilitate the provision of demand-response public transportation service. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 American Rescue Plan (ARP): Funding to Address Dire Need for Family Planning Services

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to address the current and expected increase in demand for Title X family planning services, including emergency contraception and other Title X family planning services. Funding will support projects that can demonstrate significant need for Title X family planning services to expand provision of emergency contraception and other family planning services, with priority given to individuals from low-income families. FY 2022 Community-Based Workforce to Build COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program addresses COVID-19-related health disparities and advances health equity by mobilizing community outreach workers to strengthen vaccine confidence, provide further information and education with respect to vaccines, and improve rates of vaccination throughout the United States. All projects should aim to build vaccine confidence in order to get people vaccinated in a quick and efficient manner. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 Empowering Communities to Deliver and Sustain Evidence-Based Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to help communities develop or expand capacity for, deliver, and sustain evidence-based chronic disease self-management education and self-management support programs for older adults and adults with disabilities, particularly those in underserved areas and/or populations. Click here for more information.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to help communities develop or expand capacity for, deliver, and sustain evidence-based falls prevention programs to reduce falls and/or falls risk among older adults and adults with disabilities, particularly those in underserved geographic areas and/or populations. Applicants must propose to deliver two or more evidence-based falls prevention programs. Click here for more information.

FY 2021 Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program is intended to leverage significant public and private dollars to support locally driven strategies that address struggling neighborhoods with severely distressed public and/or HUD-assisted housing through a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. Program goals include replacing distressed public and assisted housing with high-quality, mixed-income housing, improving outcomes of households living in the target housing related to employment and income, health, and children's education, and creating the conditions for public and private reinvestment in distressed neighborhoods. Department of Agriculture

FY 2022 Agricultural Land Easement Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The Agricultural Land Easements Program protects the long-term viability of the nation's food supply by providing financial assistance to eligible applicants for the purchase of agricultural land easements that protect the agricultural use and conservation value of land. The purchase of land must prevent the conversion of productive working lands to non-agricultural uses. Easements may also provide additional public benefits, including environmental quality, historic preservation, wildlife habitat protection, and protection of open space. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Tribal governments and organizations, state and local governments, and non-governmental organizations that have farmland, rangeland, or grassland protection programs, and owners of privately held land including land that is held by tribes and tribal members

National Endowment for the Humanities

FY 2022 Landmarks of American History and Culture

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to enhance and strengthen humanities teaching at the K-12 level by providing funds for a series of one-week workshops for K-12 educators across the nation. Projects will situate the study of topics and themes in K-12 humanities within sites, areas, or regions of historic and cultural significance in order to expand participants' knowledge of and approaches to teaching about diverse histories, cultures, traditions, languages, and perspectives in the United States and its jurisdictions.
