In an Advocacy News blog post on October 22, we reported on the public comment period for SB 54 (Allen, 2022), which addresses pollution and plastic packaging regulations. Today CalRecycle has extended the public comment period by another 15-days. Public comment period will now end on November 3. Members who wish to submit feedback, suggestions, and/or objections can submit a comment through CalRecycle’s Public Comment Portal available here.
