Cathrine Lemaire began working with the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) as Membership Director in August of 2008. Following her retirement in February 2020, she returned to serve as coordinator for the CSDA Finance Corporation, helping special districts find financing solutions for capital improvements and equipment needs.
Cathrine finds time for various volunteer opportunities in her hometown of Woodland, including the Yolo Food Bank and Library Rose Garden. On weekends you'll often find her hitting the streets to train for her next marathon.
