Speakers will describe the green energy subsidies that are available to public agencies from the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act, which can help lower project costs and allow Districts to meet their sustainability goals. Speakers will inform you on how to best position your district to get a bank loan, update you on the current market conditions, and how to structure your financing so that debt service payments are offset by energy savings.
