FY 2025 OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative: Business and Industry Loan Guarantees
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides loan guarantees to eligible lenders for their loans to rural businesses. This program is intended to improve the economic health of rural communities by increasing access to business capital through loan guarantees that will enable commercial lenders to provide affordable financing for rural businesses. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are lenders with the legal authority, sufficient experience, and financial strength to operate successful lending programs, including lenders that are subject to supervision and credit examination by the applicable agency of the United States or a state. Lenders may request guarantees for the following borrowers: for-profit or non-profit businesses, cooperatives, federally-recognized tribes, public bodies, and individuals engaged or proposing to engage in a business.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that develop and implement educational programs for professionals who preserve and provide access to humanities collections. Such materials include but are not limited to moving image and sound recordings, archaeological artifacts, born-digital and digitized collections, rare books and manuscripts, archival records, material culture, and art.
