FY 2024-2026 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), National Marine Fisheries Service

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to encourage research, education and outreach, innovative projects, or sponsorships that are not addressed through the NOAA Fisheries competitive discretionary programs. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Institutions of higher education, non-profits, commercial organizations, individuals, and state, local and Indian Tribal governments

FY 2025 Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide financing to support economic development, housing, public facilities, infrastructure, and other physical development projects, including improvements to increase resilience against natural disasters. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States; Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement recipients, such as metropolitan cities and urban counties; non-entitlement communities that are assisted in the submission of applications by states that administer the CDBG program; and small businesses, incubators, or microenterprises
