Last Wednesday, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. gave his annual State of the State Address to report on the condition of California. The governor’s report was optimistic, depicting California as a place of investment and innovation for high-speed rail, water infrastructure and schools.
Overall, the governor covered a wide range of topics, such as job growth, pension reform, renewable energy, improving schools and prison realignment.
